Streetworks Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a Streetworks Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic and expanding team.

Main purposes of job

You will be responsible for the submission of notices and permits through multiple systems, as well as submitting start, stop and S70 notifications in a timely manner, avoiding Fixed Penalty Notices. You will create reports per clients and work closely alongside our operations team.

Key Tasks

  • Responsible for the submission of notices & permits through multiple systems as requested by the operations team. 
  • Submitting start, stop and S70 notifications in a timely manner and in accordance with current legislation to avoid any FPN’s. 
  • The creation of daily street works reports per client & the issuing of these reports to each department, direct labour teams & subcontractors. 
  • Working closely alongside the operations team to ensure the accuracy of permit requests. 
  • Liaising with local authorities, ensuring teams are complying with their conditions & working alongside the operations team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the planned works programme. 
  • Ensure any non-compliance warnings received by Local Authorities are dealt with in a timely & productive manner and issued to the relevant teams to deal with.

Desired Experience / Must Haves

  • Experience in the use of Street Manager/ Aurora / SWNS (preferred but not essential). 
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate with multiple departments effectively. 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. 
  • Must have a high attention to detail, with good organisational skills. 
  • A problem solver, always willing to go the extra mile. 
  • Reliable and punctual.
