We are currently recruiting for a Fleet & Asset Co-ordinator to join our ever expanding team.

Main purposes of job

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance, tracking and utilisation of our company’s fleet and assets, optimising efficiency and minimising downtime.

Key tasks

Coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing asset utilisation, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.

Maintain accurate records of fleet and asset inventory, including vehicle details, insurance, and maintenance logs.

Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and other KPI’s to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000

2 years of experience working within the fleet/transport industry and a working knowledge of HGV/O licencing is essential along with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
